“Wonky Britpop for a new generation.”

“One of the most deservedly hyped bands around.”

They’re an absolute gem from start to finish.

UK band FEET recently announced their highly- anticipated debut album What’s Inside Is More Than Just Ham to be released via their own Clapped Records on August 2nd and as a treat to the SW they will play TWO free shows in Cornwall, and one here at Hillbilly's in Falmouth on Wednesday 21 August

The band also releases a new single from the album, ‘Ad Blue.’ Feet reveal: “It was the first song that really became about rhythm, and creating a more dance-orientated experience for our audiences. It’s also technically about making unsuspecting cups of tea with a diesel additive as a H2O substitute. We all have bad days”.

The single is accompanied by a Wild-West themed video which “hints at the song’s conceptual source” explain the band. “…kettle’s, blue liquid, dancing, whilst also converging with a more general wild west theme about oil men, an idea that Jeep[frontman George] has been juggling around his bizarre head for a while. This sort of responsibility is beneficial for the rest of us because if the video does nothing for us we’ll be happy to send the corporate hounds in his direction”. Watch the video here.

The band’s forthcoming What’s Inside Is More Than Just Ham was produced by Cam Blackwood (Jamie T, London Grammar, Billie Marten etc) and mixed by Alan Moulder (Foals, Interpol, Beach House). The songs on the album were written by the band during their ‘Barn Sessions’, during which the band, in-between festivals and shows this summer, rehearsed and lived in a working barn in the middle of a farm in Bedfordshire. Camping, hanging out with local farmers, and living off the land for six weeks, FEET spent all day and night writing and rehearsing a slew of new songs, which will make up their forthcoming debut.

Ad Blue follows their song ‘English Weather’ which further solidified the bands status as one of the most exciting, quintessentially British guitar bands of recent years. The likes of NME, DIY, Dork, The Independent, Sunday Times, The Line Of Best Fit, Radio 1, Radio X and Radio 6 have shown lots of early support for the band, furthering the buzz around Feet.
